Travelling by Scillonian

Normal sailing is 9.15am, please arrive no later than 7.45am (Scillonian check in closes at 8.45am). For summer Saturday sailings at 10.15am you need to be with us no later than 8.45am.
If the Scillonian is sailing at a different time we will call you to arrange times.

Please note our services are closed on Sunday for arrivals and departures, and for all other sailings leaving Penzance before 07.30AM.

Unfortunately if your transport is cancelled, that is out of our control and, we are unable to refund you.

We recommend all our customers take out travel insurance before their holiday starts so that you are covered should this ever happen.

What is extra luggage?

Extra luggage includes items such as bikes, camping gear and diving equipment.

If you have any of this equipment, you will need to drop this luggage beforehand at Penzance Quay to load onto the Scillonian Ferry. Unfortunately we are unable to transport this equipment for you.

Dogs are welcome

At Scilly Park and Ride we welcome dogs and they travel free with us. Please let us know how many dogs you will be travelling with on the booking form.
